Returns
We will accept returns, no questions asked, if notified to us by e-mail within the 7 days after the day you receive the product(s). Unless there is a fault with the product(s) (see below), we will only accept returns where the product(s) remains unopened (i.e. the original cellophane seal is still intact and in resaleable condition).
All goods must be returned complete with their original packaging, documentation and manuals for a refund. We do not refund postage & packing. Goods returned will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

01274 627 097 (business hours) quoting your Order Reference number. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us in a merchantable condition (so you are advised to consider insuring the goods against damage in transit).
If you wish us to arrange collection of the product(s) from you, please advise us by e-mail, quoting your Order Reference number. We will make a collection charge at cost.
The money you have paid us for the product will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation, after deducting any charge we make where we have had to recover the product from you.
Faulty goods
We will accept faulty items at any time within 1 month of despatch; the nature of the fault must be clearly stated in any return (along with your Order Reference number). Following acceptance of your return, we will credit your payment card with the amount you have paid us within 30 days of your cancellation. In addition, if you have made the return because the goods are faulty or we have sent you the wrong goods, following acceptance of your return we will credit your card with your postage costs within 30 days of your cancellation.
If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, please provide us with brief details of the fault to speed up confirmation and processing of your refund, at your request, goods may be replaced, if sufficient stocks permit this.
Non-delivery
If we have given you a despatch date for the product you ordered and you have not received it within 10 days of this date, please notify us immediately, so that we can investigate the reasons for the non-delivery.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. |
